Western Management Group (operators of the Las Vegas Monorail) seeks experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR). CSR is responsible for selling monorail tickets and exchanging various types of prepaid vouchers for monorail tickets via a point-of-sale (POS) system, by: verifying ticket eligibility, conducting cash and credit card transactions; performing general customer service functions, such as providing information regarding the monorail’s operations, ticket options, directions, as well as general information regarding the local area, local hotels and their amenities.
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year of customer service and cash handling/point of sale experience. Bi-lingual preferred but not required
Must have excellent guest service skills and demonstrate a positive attitude, high integrity, and take initiative while carrying out assignments
Work independently in the absence of supervision
Must be highly dependable
Must be able to communicate in written and spoken English (for safety reasons)
Ability to work day and swing shift, holidays, weekends and overtime
